Can’t say enough good things about this place! Pulled in at 12:10 and I’m done at 12:24. Needed a safety inspection. Only here 10 minutes, but it was a very pleasant 10 minutes in an immaculate and pleasant waiting area that offered free beverages (water, coffee, tea and juices). And they even had HGTV on the big screen TV! Then to top it all off, the guys were polite, pleasant and get this, clean!

I love coming to this location. The guys here are super friendly, and keep it going fast pace. I came here after somewhere else stole some of my cars engine parts. I'll continue to make way to them even though I live in Dallas! Keep up the good work!

I just moved from California & needed to get my car Smoged before I can register my car in the state of Texas. Right off the bat I was happy with the price on the "Safety & Emissions" ($25.50). He reviewed my proof of insurance & then told me to help my self to the complimentary beverages inside.. They serve Starbucks coffee which is a huge plus in my eyes! The waiting area is clean & they have a screen providing prices of their services & one TV playing cable shows. This move has already been stressful enough I'm happy to say there was no hassle here which is a huge thing for me. Check out was easy!

I used to get my oil changed closer to home but was unpleased with their customer service skills. My mom told me to come go to Nortex, and let me tell you the staff there is unbelievably nice. They treat you like an actual person and not a cash cow. But most of all I trust them with my vehicle and it's needs. I will always come here. 10/10 each time.

Brought my Lancer up there for an oil change, tire rotation & fuel injector service during a busy time and still got out in about an hour. These boys work hard and value your time.
