Ali, Jose and their staff are the most friendly, skilled, and honest auto mechanics around! I’ve been bringing my cars to Nortex at least a decade for various maintenance, repairs, and state inspection. I have never felt ripped off and these guys treat their customers like friends and family and they do a great job working on my cars. There are no shortage of car repair and lube shops in Collin County, but these guys at the Nortex White Ave. location are simply the best and they do the job right!

Personnel greeted me at once and inspection completed without delay.

Always great service, fast and efficient not to mention friendly. They make sure to explain in detail any replacements or additional work needed and never an oversell. At last appointment needed a battery and wasn’t sure of pricing versus other places, was soon back getting a battery as price and coverage was even better than auto supply houses. Great job!
