I've been a customer at this Nortex several times, and I've had good experiences so far.

This entire shop is nice. Clean lobby, complimentary beverages, clean restrooms, courteous employees. In and Out oil changes and will check other concerns and give you options and tips to keep your vehicle in top notch performance.

Very Friendly. The service Great. Didn't have wait long. Even I had too It's relaxing atmosphere.

Great service and very helpful. We had issues with our oil pan from a different service center and the guys at Nortex were very helpful. My wife took the van in and they took care of the problem very quickly and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend checking them out!

Went in on a Thursday evening for state inspection. The place is neat and staff is friendly. Overall it took only 15 min to get the inspection done and drive out. Pricing was transparent. Will come back for sure

Inspection done the other day. Staff great and friendly. Was in and out in no time. . Update: As always, coming in to get inspection done and staff is great. In and out quickly and they do a wide range of basic services that are reasonably priced. Great comfortable couches in waiting area and complimentary tea and Starbucks coffee.

Very nice shop. Good service. Cashier could have tried to help more with finding discount information when I asked though. He spoke so softly you could barely hear him when he spoke.

I come here all the time and get great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Pulled in at 12:10 and I’m done at 12:24. Needed a safety inspection. Only here 10 minutes, but it was a very pleasant 10 minutes in an immaculate and pleasant waiting area that offered free beverages (water, coffee, tea and juices). And they even had HGTV on the big screen TV! Then to top it all off, the guys were polite, pleasant and get this, clean!

I love coming to this location. The guys here are super friendly, and keep it going fast pace. I came here after somewhere else stole some of my cars engine parts. I'll continue to make way to them even though I live in Dallas! Keep up the good work!
