I brought the crush washer required for an oil change on my car. This has never been an issue anywhere else. They didn't use it as requested, and now I have a slight oil leak. When I called to report the issue, Brian (the manager), said "ok". No apology, attempts at service recovery, nothing. Blatant disregard for a poorly executed job. Find somewhere else to take your car for service! Review amended for follow up service. Kalil was very professional, and they took care of everything.
