I initially took my vehicle to to the Eldorado location because it’s a little closer to my house. They always do a great job and have loved the service there. The staff was great as usual, they examined my vehicle and found that I had more of an electrical issue. They were great and recommended I go to the location off of white as they specialize more on the wiring and electrical side. It’s one thing to make a recommendation but they went above and beyond and called the white location for me and let them know the circumstance and to be expecting me. This was great service. I drove to the white location and Jose was phenomenal. He quickly got me checked in and immediately went to work on diagnosing the issue. He was very professional and courteous. He had to order a part but arranged for it to arrive quickly and put me at ease on the stress that car repairs can bring. His pricing was way more than fair and I’ve now found a new service center that I’ll be going to from here on out because of his great work!

these guys are really on the ball. they are very personable. they are the fastest oil change place i’ve ever used. they take care a lot of other things on my truck as well. highly recommend.

I probably drive past a dozen oil change places to take my car to Nortex. I have an older model Mercedes SLK and the oil filter is uncommon so nobody else carries it, but Nortex always keep one in stock just for me. Comfortable clean lobby with free sodas, quick in and out service, free car washes too.
